DISCLOSURE EX ART. 13 GDPR

FOR USERS OF THE INSTITUTIONAL SITE

Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (“General Data Protection Regulation” or “GDPR”) The Pro Belvedere APS makes known to those (“users” or “interested”) who access the institutional site starting from the address https://www .probelvedere.it or https://www.girodelbelvedere.it and that use the services available electronically on the institutional website, the following information. This information is provided exclusively in relation to the Association’s site and not also in relation to other websites that can be consulted by the user through links shown or accessible on the portal itself.

Holder of the treatment. The data controller is the Pro Belvedere APS, represented by the pro tempore President appointed. The Association is based in Piazza IV Novembre, 31016 Cordignano (Tv) – tax code 93000100268 – VAT number 01693240267 – email info@probelvedere.it – ​​email pec probelvedere.asd@legalmail.it.

Purpose of the treatment and legal basis. The personal data acquired through the site will be processed by the Association, without the consent of the interested party, pursuant to art. 6 lett. b) and e) of the GDPR, to manage and maintain the site, to allow the use of the services and the satisfaction of user requests, to allow effective institutional communication, to fulfill the obligations established by law, by a regulation, by the Community legislation or by an order of the Authority or in any case connected to institutional activities and functions, or finally to prevent or discover fraudulent activities or abuse to the detriment of the Association through the site.

The sending of e-mails to the institutional addresses indicated on the portal and the compilation of formats entail the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the email or in the format. In this case, the acquired data will be processed exclusively to respond to user requests. Specific information or indications on the reference legislation / legal basis may be inserted, in relation to the particular data processing, in specific pages of the site, in the formats or in the document models published on the site.

Place and method of treatment. The processing of data acquired through the site and / or connected to the site services takes place at the offices of the Association and possibly with other subjects or IT systems / servers of other subjects specifically designated as Data Processors (external). The data processing takes place both on paper and through the use of IT tools, according to the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, relevance and non-excess with respect to the purposes of collection and subsequent processing and after adopting the appropriate security measures aimed at to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use, unauthorized access and in general aimed at ensuring compliance with the provisions of the GDPR and Legislative Decree no. 193/2006 and subsequent amendments The data are processed exclusively by personnel, administrative and technical, authorized to process or by any authorized persons for occasional maintenance operations. The site and online services are not intended for minors under the age of 18. The data relating to minors may be transmitted to the Association by accessing the site and services only by subjects exercising parental responsibility.

Obligation or right to provide data. The user is free to provide personal data entered in the request formats. Failure to provide the data necessary to render the service may make it impossible to obtain what is requested.

Retention period. Pursuant to art. 5 GDPR, the data will be processed and stored for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes of the service and of the processing and / or in compliance with the terms established by law or regulation.

Communication and dissemination of data. The data provided by users are not intended for third parties and will not be communicated or disseminated, unless otherwise provided by law or regulation (in particular, the data may be communicated to supervisory bodies, judicial authorities as well as to all other subjects. to whom communication is mandatory by law for the fulfillment of the aforementioned purposes.

Transfer of data abroad. The data are not transferred to third countries outside the European Economic Area.

Rights of the interested party. The user / interested party is guaranteed all the rights specified in art. 15 – 20 GDPR, including the right to access, rectification and cancellation of data, the right to limitation and opposition to processing, the right to withdraw consent to treatment (without prejudice to lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent acquired before the revocation), as well as to propose a complaint to the Guarantor for the Protection of personal data if it is believed that the treatment violates the Regulation. The aforementioned rights can be exercised by written communication to be sent by e-mail, e.g. or fax, or by registered letter at the headquarters of the Association.

Access to external linked sites. The portal contains links to third-party sites for further convenience and user information. When the user uses these links, he leaves the institutional website of the Association by accessing a different site, over which the Association has no control and in which he has no responsibility whatsoever in the matter of data processing. It is therefore advisable to examine the policy of each site that is visited.

Use of cookies

Cookies are text files that each website sends to those who access the site and which are retransmitted from the user’s computer to the site on the next visit.

Technical cookies. The Association’s site uses technical cookies to allow safe, rapid and efficient exploration of the site itself and to provide users with the requested services. For the installation of these cookies, the prior consent of the users is not required.

Technical session cookies. The Association’s site uses session cookies (which are not stored permanently on the user’s computer and disappear when the browser is closed), limited to the transmission of session identifiers necessary to allow safe and efficient exploration by the ‘user. The session cookies used avoid the use of other IT techniques that are potentially detrimental to the confidentiality of users’ browsing and do not allow the acquisition of the user’s personal data, and therefore do not require the acquisition of the user’s consent.

Analytical cookies. As is the case on most websites, the portal collects information relating to user navigation (e.g. geographic location of the internet access provider, type of browser used, IP address, pages visited on the site, number of users, etc.) , exclusively for statistical purposes, without the individual identification of the user being possible. The data obtainable from these cookies are managed by the Association as site manager exclusively for statistical purposes, for processing reports on the use of the site, for improving the content of the site and making it easier to use.

Profiling cookies. The site does not use profiling cookies, i.e. cookies aimed at creating user profiles in order to send advertising messages in line with the preferences shown in the context of browsing the site, or for the transmission of personal information, nor are they used the so-called persistent cookies of any kind, or systems for tracking users.

Third party cookies. The companies that send content to the Association’s portal and those reachable through links from the portal pages (eg You tube, Facebook, etc.) can, at their choice, use “cookies” also persistent on users’ computers, aimed at storing of the user’s browsing data, from the moment the user clicks on the relevant link. In this case, the use of “cookies” is beyond the control of the Association. Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can also reject them completely, or selectively accept only some of them, by changing the browser’s security settings (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari Opera, etc.). Each browser has different procedures for managing settings. If the user inhibits the loading of cookies, some components of the site may be unavailable and certain pages may be incomplete.
